The WEAR family of devices is designed for LED optical stimulation experiments that also require accelerometer, magnetometer, and gyroscope data acquisition, thus providing 9 axis data. The acquisition sensor devices can communicate through a wireless or wired connection. Data acquisition is available at a sample rate up to 500 Hz.

WEAR Basestation

This device is the basestation for the Wired and Wireless sensor devices. By using the Harp Wear software it is possible to configure the behaviour of the devices and the purpose of the several I/Os.

Key Features

  • Sample rate up to 500 Hz
  • LED optical stimulation
  • Start & Stop through pin or software
  • Output pulse for valves
  • Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and Magnetometer
  • Wired or Wireless communication

Connectivity

  • 1x clock sync input (CLKIN) [stereo jack]
  • 1x clock sync output(CLKOUT) [stereo jack]
  • 1x USB (for computer) [USB type B]
  • 1x 5V supply [barrel connector jack]
  • 2x Digital inputs DI0 [BNC], DI1 [screw terminal]
